Founded in 2002 as a memorial to Richard and the life that he led, The Richard Boustead Foundation for Children’s Charities (RBFCC) helps select non-profit organizations in the Toronto area. With a focus on generating financial support and awareness, the RBFCC supports grassroots campaigns to honour Richard’s legacy. Benefiting groups are those who effectively serve and benefit children with an emphasis on health, education and inner city services.

Each year a golf tournament is held in Richard’s honour – celebrating his life and supporting the initiatives undertaken by his legacy foundation. This is the major source of funding for the RBFCC each year. Backed heavily by Toronto EMS, friends and family, the event raises funds to support the foundation and its undertakings. Apart from honouring Richard’s impact on the community, the short term goal of the Foundation is to be the sole provider of funding for the Richard Boustead/Falstaff Children’s Breakfast Club, as we strive to better the lives of underprivileged children in Toronto’s communities.
